Belgian company interested for investing in North Macedonia





Invitation to participate in the “Polish-Macedonian B2B event” which will be held on June 28, 2022 in Warsaw, Poland
Invest North Macedonia with the support of the Economic Advisor for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, Ambassador Ilija Psaltirov from the Embassy of Republic of North Macedonia in Poland and in cooperation with the Chambers of Commerce of the Republic of North Macedonia (CCNM), Association of Chambers of Commerce (ACC), Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia (ECNWM), Macedonian Association of Processors (MAP), Macedonian Wine Association (WOM) and MFA-Directorate for Economic Diplomacy organizes Polish-Macedonian B2B event ”which will be held in Warsaw, Republic of Poland on June 28, 2022.
Within the B2B meetings, a mini fair of Macedonian products will be organized – processed fruits and vegetables, beverages, wine and food and networking where Macedonian producers who will register as participants will have the opportunity to present their products to potential buyers from Poland, on their own stands.

The Director of Invest North Macedonia Mr. Bekim Emini and the Minister without portfolio – responsible for the diaspora Xhemail Çupi yesterday presented the investment opportunities in the Republic of North Macedonia for the Albanian diaspora living and working in New York, USA.

The event was organized by the Dibra Association from New York, USA. At the meeting, possibilities for achieving a closer cooperation were discussed, especially in the field of tourism, construction, consulting, etc. These meetings are expected to be followed by other activities in the coming months.


The Director of Invest North Macedonia Mr.Bekim Emini met with Director of Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA), Mr. Sokol Nano and Director of Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Agency (KIESA), Mr.Zef Dedaj.

The meeting was held in the context of conceptual presentation and the promotion of inter-institutional cooperation.
During the meeting, the representatives discussed their differences and potential for collaboration.
At the meeting’s conclusion, it was agreed to work on signing a future cooperation agreement.
The Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion yesterday within the Terra Auditorium, one of the five thematic auditoriums at the fair organized a business event “North Macedonia Opportunities in travel, trade and tourism” at the world’s largest event EXPO 2020 Dubai.

The event was opened by the Director of Invest North Macedonia, Bekim Emini, who discussed the benefits of investing in the country, with a focus on the target sectors and export potentials of domestic companies.
The export capacities of our country were presented in two special sessions of the forum, with special emphasis on the fast growing industries – ICT sector and agribusiness as well as the tourism potentials and opportunities of North Macedonia for tourism development in all four seasons of the year.




The event was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of North Macedonia to the UAE, H.E. Abdulkadar Memedi and Bekri Ajdini, Commissioner General for EXPO 2020 Dubai and Economic Counselor, representatives for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Chambers of Commerce, as well as representatives from the Dubai food and IT industries.

North Macedonia’s participation in EXPO 2020 Dubai aims to increase the country’s visibility in the Middle East region and globally, as well as to create a network of business contacts and opportunities to expand economic cooperation with Eastern countries and beyond.

Invest North Macedonia, within the Expo 2020 Dubai will organize the conference “North Macedonia opportunities in travel, trade and investments” on 14 January 2022.The event will be held at the TERRA AUDITORIUM, one of the five main thematic auditoriums of the EXPO and will be in the form of three panel discussions: Investment opportunities; Trade opportunities; and Tourism – potentials and opportunities.
