Payment procedure explained, how to qualify, what documents you need to provide and form fields if you would like to have an online form filled

The beneficiary of the Financial Support that meets the conditions in accordance with the agreement on Financial Support, no later than 15 November of the current year shall submit a request for payment of the financial support with the required documentation to the Agency.

In addition with the request for payment the beneficiary should submit:

  • Certificate of current status from the Central Registry
  • Confirmation of bankruptcy proceedings
  • Confirmation of liquidation procedure
  • Certificate of paid taxes from the Customs Administration
  • Certificate of paid taxes from the Public Revenue Office
  • Notarized statement of reliability of data
  • Gross balance
  • List of fixed assets

*All documents should not be older than 60 days until the day of submitting the Request.
