Depending on the need of the investors and especially the timing for the investment, Invest North Macedonia can offer two varieties in terms of location for the production sites with the possibility of Greenfield locations and ready-made Brownfield location in different locations and Municipalities in the country. Greenfield location includes different types of land with purpose of industrial services (production).

In most of the cases these locations are based in the Municipality Zones throughout the country or in the Technological Industrial Development Zones.

On the other side Brownfield is ready made industrial facility with purpose for production usage. Those locations are offered for sale or long-term lease by private companies or physical persons.
