Payment procedure

The beneficiary of the financial support who has fulfilled the conditions in accordance with the concluded agreement for granting financial support submits a request for the payment of financial support with the necessary documentation to Invest North Macedonia no later than August 31 of the current year for realized expenses from the previous year.

In addition to the request for payment, the beneficiary should submit:

  • Certificate of current status from the Central Registry
  • Confirmation of bankruptcy proceedings
  • Confirmation of liquidation procedure
  • Certificate of paid taxes from the Customs Administration
  • Certificate of paid taxes from the Public Revenue Office
  • Notarized statement of reliability of data
  • Gross balance
  • List of fixed assets
