The beneficiary of financial support who has fulfilled the conditions stipulated in the Agreement for Granting Financial Support shall submit a Request for Payment of Financial Support, together with the required documentation, to the Ministry of Economy and Labour of the Republic of North Macedonia no later than 31 August of the current year, for the realized eligible investment costs incurred in the previous year.

The Ministry of Economy and Labour reviews the submitted request and the accompanying documentation. If it determines that the conditions for using financial support in accordance with the Law on Financial Support of Investments and the signed agreement have been fulfilled, it prepares a report with a calculation of the approved financial support, on the basis of which the payment is executed.

The following documents shall be submitted together with the Request for Payment of Financial Support:

1. Annual accounts and financial statements for the last four years, or for a shorter period depending on the date of establishment and commencement of activities of the business entity;
2. Certificate issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia confirming that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated against the business entity;
3. Certificate issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia confirming that no liquidation procedure has been initiated against the business entity;
4. Certificate issued by the Customs Administration confirming that the beneficiary has no outstanding debts related to customs duties and other import charges;
5. Certificate issued by the Public Revenue Office confirming that the beneficiary has no overdue and unpaid tax liabilities;
6. Trial balance as of the end of the previous year;
7. Trial balance as of the end of the previous month (or the month before that) in the month when the request for payment is submitted;
8. List of fixed assets with acquisition and depreciated value as of the end of the previous year;
9. List of fixed assets with acquisition and depreciated value as of the end of the previous month (or the month before that) in the month when the request for payment is submitted;
10. Notarized statement from the legal representative of the beneficiary, under full material, criminal, and moral liability, confirming that the submitted documentation and the information contained in the request are accurate, true, and authentic, and that no state aid has been granted for the eligible costs on any other basis in the Republic of North Macedonia.

NOTE:  All submitted documents must be no older than 60 days from the date of submission of the request, except for documents for which a different validity period is determined by law or a by-law.
