Some business activities as stipulated by the Company Law must obtain additional working licenses or permits before starting their operations. For the companies operating in certain fields, such as pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance and educational activities, the registration process is followed by a licensing process with the relevant authorities covering the matter of licenses and/or permits in their respective business area.

A license or other act issued by a relevant authority shall be necessary to be presented to the Central Register in order to complete the registration of the company in such case. The employees in the Central Register are trained to direct newly registered companies to the appropriate licensing authorities.
