They are two options of acquiring land for the purpose of Greenfield project and possibility for leasing the land for investments in TIDZ.

• The first option is buying industrial plot in Municipality Industrial Zone on auction with biding procedure determined by the Municipality with specified starting price. The auction is advertised in local newspapers and it is published online with specific conditions and requirements.
  
  
• The second option is direct sale, from private persons.
