The business entity shall submit an application along with a letter of Intent, a business plan for an investment project and a financial report for the previous years.

The request may be submitted for several types of financial support, not only for one.
“Productive initial investments” means investments in tangible and/or intangible assets related to: - establishment of a new business entity; - expansion of the production capacity of the existing business entity; - introduction of a production process; - introduction of new products; - a fundamental change in the overall production process of the existing business entity; and - acquisition of fixed assets by a business entity under bankruptcy, provided that they have been purchased by an entity that is not capitally or otherwise related pursuant to the law to the entity from which the assets have been purchased.
All documents should not be issued 60 days before the day of submitting the Request.
Entities qualified as beneficiaries of financial support shall be business entities:
That have started Productive Initial Investments, generated growth of total revenues from operation, the average number of employees has not been decreased by more than 5%.
Every legal entity registered in the Register of Trade Companies within the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia can apply for financial support.
“New machine” means every machine, equipment or plant manufactured not earlier than two years as of the date of the purchase, and that has been purchased or manufactured by the beneficiary of the financial support under real market conditions and price defined in accordance with the international accounting standards accepted in the Republic of North Macedonia.
“Investment project” means all activities that are to be undertaken by the business entity and that include investments in the construction of new, that is, adaptation, reconstruction or expansion of existing facilities, purchase of equipment, machines and plants and creating new jobs in accordance with the business plan, as well as investments in intangible assets.
The agreement with the company shall be concluded by the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia no later than 31st of July in the current year.
The beneficiary of the Financial Support that meets the conditions in accordance with the agreement on Financial Support, no later than 31st of August of the current year shall submit a request for payment of the financial support with the required documentation to Invest North Macedonia.
An agreement on financial support of investments may be amended if, for a particular investment project, the business entity submits an application for broadening the scope of the financial support by granting also another type of financial support by the 31st of May in the current year at the latest. The agreement on financial support of investments may be amended if, for a particular investment project, the business entity submits an application for change of the minimum amount of the investment in order it to be increased without limitations or to be decreased, but not more than 20% of the total value of the investment project for which agreement for granting financial support is concluded, except for the beneficiaries of financial support referred to in Article 22 of the Law of financial support.
